Linda Yang joined the UCD College of Business (COB) in 2018. Since then, she has been the programme leader for the Intercultural Development Programme in the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. She provides intercultural development and support to all faculty and staff in COB. Linda set up the College of Business Intercultural Forum (CBIF) in 2018 aiming at enhancing our community in COB which is intercultural in nature. She is an experienced researcher and educator in intercultural studies. Her research interests include intercultural education, intercultural competence, internationalisation of higher education.
